We specialize in providing the highest quality of wild salmon and halibut around! Our fish is troll-caught (hook and line) off the coast of Washington State, meticulously handled and delivered just days later to local farmers markets, quality grocery stores and fine restaurants! You can't beat our quality!
You'll not only Taste the Quality in our Halibut, King Salmon and Marbled Salmon but it’s quite visible in the fillet itself! From the moment it's taken off the hook to the minute it's delivered, each fish is handled with the maximum amount of care.

Currently, Wilson Fish can be found at the Puyallup Farmers Market on most Saturday and Sunday's (pending availability). We also take special orders and can arrange for delivery.* For specific market dates or to place an order contact us today!

Wilson Fish takes great pride in our quality. A level of quality which can NEVER be found in farm raised fish. We strongly urge you to become informed of the many dangers of eating farmed fish. By knowing the risks involved you will become selective when chosing what to serve to you and your family.
